(1) With the vertical stabilizer frame riveted together, I concentrated on attaching the side skins to the frame. (2) First I installed the Jig on to the frame, measured to make sure it was level to the table, ond laid the first skin on the frame. The fit was very good, and I Drilled and attatched clecos. I repeated the procedure on the other side. (3) I finished transfer drilling the holes on the rear of the vertical stabilizer. With this accomplished, I removed the skins from the frame and prepped them for priming the inside surface.
